Panasonic launches its new model, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LC33 which is a great camera and setting new standards in the market! It was shown in the US on the 11/8/03. This model measures 96 x 66 x 34 mm and is weighting only 215 g. The Lumix DMC-LC33 can be set to a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. It also supports a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LC33 has been set at 4:3, for a total of 3.1 mega pixels. The sensor of the Lumix DMC-LC33 is a CCD measuring only 1/2.5 " having a RGB color filter. Panasonic added a digital zoom on its Lumix DMC-LC33 and included an internal flash being very common in new cameras .

The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 50 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the Lumix DMC-LC33 is 8 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds.
